TDVI is also based on Moving Averages of RSI and Bollinger Bands. RSI is a momentum indicator and Moving averages are trend indicators. In TDVI Moving averages are applied on momentum indicator instead of price.

If Moving averages are below the middle yellow line then it confirms the bearish trend and if moving averages are above the middle line yellow then it confirms the bullish trend on the charts.

BB Trigger is used as a confirmation indicator and if the red line is above the yellow line then it confirms that bulls are stronger than bears and if the yellow line is above the red line then it confirms that bears are dominating the bulls.

Crossover on BB Trigger is used as a trigger for taking a new long or short position.BB trigger should be used in conjunction with the Bollinger bands and TDVI indicator.

Pivot levels are also used in this trading system to stop loss and target selection. The benefit of the pivot level is that it’s a helpful inappropriate stop loss and target selection in low and high volatility environments without any confusion.

In low volatility, pivot gives a small target and stop loss, and in high volatility stop loss and target, levels are also wide. Pivot levels are also used as support and resistance zones.
